“Expert by Experience” refers to the unique experience which service users and carers have acquired over the years through either their experience of using care services or caring for someone. We can use this knowledge and experience to really make a difference to Service Users and their carers.
At Assist Home Care Ltd, we understand the unique personal experience and understanding gained by being a carer. All our staff are highly trained, and many have had previous experience in social care, even our owner. We recognise it is not easy for a carer to balance a career and education as well as remain fit and healthy, all whilst providing care for a loved one.
With our unique knowledge, we make it possible for carers to continue without sacrificing their own careers, education, and personal lives whilst enabling service users to live more independently in their own homes.
